CRISIL has given 4/5 rating to this proposed ipo
4/5 rating - indicates "above average fundamentals " compared to peer stocks /companies of similar capacity etc .
issue SIZE - 26 crore shares of Face value - Rs 10 .
likely ipo target- Rs 10000 cr -11000 cr
Still some legal tussle going on , still its not clear ,if ipo will open in same format or not
